Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value, and nothing for shipping is added at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes a further 5 to 8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received one within 5 business days of ordering, email us.

Import duties and taxes
Depending on where you live, your order may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are set by your local authorities, they are not included in the price you paid, and as the importer they are your responsibility. We cannot tell you in advance what they will be, and we cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can correct an address before an order ships if you email us quickly enough. Once it has shipped we cannot reroute it, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be reshipped at your cost.
Delays
The times above are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier it is out of our hands, and customs inspections and weather can add time that nobody can predict. If your order is significantly later than the estimate, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to deal with the carrier yourself.
