Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that you are.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include no import duties or local taxes, which may be charged to you separately by your own authorities. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you pay. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud.
Product descriptions
We describe the Komfora Sleep System as accurately as we can, and images are illustrative. Minor variations in appearance do not make a product faulty.
The 30-day guarantee
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is set out in full in the Refund policy, including the conditions that apply to it. That policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in it affects your statutory rights.
Health, safety and claims
The Komfora Sleep System is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. The Health and safety notice lists the circumstances in which you must not use it, and it is your responsibility to read it before you do. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
Your content
If you send us a review, a photograph, a sleep log or any other material, you confirm it is your own and true, and you give us permission to use it in connection with the Komfora brand without payment. We may remove any content at our discretion. We do not have to publish anything you send us.
Our content
The Komfora name, logo, text, images, the DeltaDrift protocol and everything else on this website belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
Third parties
This store runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payment, reviews, analytics and delivery. Those companies have their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they operate. Links to other websites are not endorsements.
Availability of the site
We try to keep this website running, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, and our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, strikes, extreme weather or supply failure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
